It is the type of surfskate for surfers who enjoy riding barefoot and reliving the same vibe of surfing, even when out of the water.

These surfskates are designed for predominantly flat surfaces and slight slopes, in various surf styles and skill levels.

If you're a teenager or of smaller stature (1.20m to 1.50m), it would be ideal to go for a smaller surfskate so you can maneuver it easily. In this case, we recommend the MINI SIMMONS.

If you’re looking for a surfskate for your child aged 4 to 6 years, then the KIDS SURFSKATE is perfect for you. To introduce them to the world of surfskating, we recommend the KIDS - FLAT model. For progressing in surfskating and surfing on inclining surfaces (ramps and bowls), we recommend the KIDS - BOWL model.

There are two schools of thought on what the best surfskate for beginners is: the more stable one or the more agile one?

OVNI cut through this debate by creating a surfskate that is both stiffer and more stable than others, yet still agile, providing an excellent balance between deck tilt and the turning angle of the equipment.

Surfskating is based on the alternation of imbalances; there's no way to learn this discipline without putting yourself in a state of imbalance. So, when someone says that a stiff surfskate is better for beginners because it's harder to fall off, we counter that with a stiff surfskate, it’s also MUCH HARDER TO LEARN!

What we recommend is choosing the FUNBOARD (the same board used in surf initiation), which, despite being more stable, still allows the full movement of surfing. After that, simply hire a surfskate instructor, and you’ll be surfing in no time!
