*WITH EXCEPTION FOR ITEMS SUBJECT TO WEAR AND TEAR, SUCH AS PADS, BEARINGS, SPRINGS, SCREWS, WASHERS, AND NUTS, WHICH ARE COVERED BY THE STANDARD 30-DAY WARRANTY FOR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS.
The defective truck must be returned, and upon confirming the actual manufacturing defect (not misuse or bad faith actions), the same truck, new, will be sent back to the buyer at no cost.
Both shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
The shipping fee for the return must be paid within 30 days from the arrival of the returned truck at OVNI's headquarters. After this period, if the shipping fee is not paid, the truck will be considered abandoned and can no longer be claimed by the customer.

TO ACTIVATE THE WARRANTY:
Exchanges of NEW product
OVNI does not accept exchanges of used products, only NEW products, within the legal 7-DAY period from the receipt of the product by the buyer. The product to be returned must be EXACTLY AS RECEIVED, i.e., unused and with no defects.
OVNI only accepts exchanges if the returned product costs the same or less than the product the buyer chooses to exchange it for, as we do not offer exchanges with cash refunds. In the case of an exchange, the buyer must pay the difference between the products, plus the two shipping fees (the shipping cost and the return shipping of the product chosen for the exchange).
Exchanges of USED product
OVNI accepts exchanges of used product parts only for MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, within 90 days from the receipt of the product by the buyer. "Used product parts" refers to the component that showed a defect; for example: if a surfskate was purchased and a wheel showed a defect, the wheel will be exchanged, not the entire surfskate.
How to return products
The packaging of the return, when received at OVNI's headquarters, will be opened and filmed to verify the actual condition of the product, being NEW in the case of a product within the legal 7-day period, or USED WITH A MANUFACTURING DEFECT within the 90-day period, upon proof of the defect.
In the case of an exchange, both shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. The shipment will only be made after the payment of the shipping cost, which must be paid within 30 days from the arrival of the item at OVNI's headquarters. After this period, if the shipping fee is not paid, the item will be considered abandoned and can no longer be claimed by the customer.
Only original OVNI products will be accepted, with proof of the product number from the CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY that came with the product.
TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE:
Reason for return: manufacturing defect
Return period: within 7 days of receipt
Method: over-the-counter (shipping and return costs are the buyer's responsibility)
Conditions
The defect of the product will be analyzed upon arrival at the company. If it is a manufacturing defect, the amount paid for the product will be refunded.
In case of misuse or bad faith, the product will be returned to the customer, with the shipping cost to be paid by the customer, which must be paid within 30 days of the return notification.
After this period, if the shipping fee is not paid, the item will be considered abandoned and can no longer be claimed by the customer.
